Application Fee

• General/OBC (Single Subject) : Rs. 1000/-
• SC/ST/PH (Single Subject): Rs. 500/-
• General/OBC (Both Paper) : Rs. 1200/-
• SC/ST/PH (Both Paper): Rs. 600/-
• Payment Details: Pay the Exam Fee through Debit Card / Credit Card/Net Banking or E Challan Mode.

CBSC CTET February Exam Notification 2026 :  Eligibility Details

Primary State (Class I-V)

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
• Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Secondary State (Class VI-VIII)

• Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
• Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

How to Apply for Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) February 2026

• Visit the official CTET website at https://ctet.nic.in.
• Click on the "Apply Online for CTET February 2026" link under the latest notifications.
• Register by providing your email ID, mobile number, and other basic details to create a login account.
• Log in and fill the online application form with personal, educational, and category details.
• Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and other required documents (e.g., category certificate) as per specifications.
• Pay the application fee online via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
• Review the form, submit it, and download the confirmation page for future reference.

Note: Applications are accepted from November 27, 2025, to December 18, 2025. Eligibility: Graduation with B.Ed or equivalent for Paper-II; 10+2 with 50% for Paper-I. Exam on February 8, 2026.
