Educational Qualification

• Graduation: A Bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
• Coaching Diploma: * A Diploma in Sports Coaching from the National Institute of Sports (NIS) under the Sports Authority of India (SAI).
• OR a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Coaching (PGDSC) from Lakshmibai National Institute of Physical Education (LNIPE), Gwalior, or the Central Sports University.
• OR an equivalent qualification from a UGC-recognized Sports University or Bihar Sports University.

Sports Achievements

• Candidates must have represented at one of the following levels:
• Represented the country in Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, or Asian Games in the relevant sport.
• Represented a State in a Recognized National Championship.
• Participated at least twice in All India Inter-University, Recognized Junior Championship, or National Youth Championship.
• Participated at least three times in Inter-Services Competitions, All India Police Games, or Inter-Railway Championships.

Documents Required for Online Application:

• 1. Matriculation (10th Grade): Original certificate.
• 2. Graduation: Mark sheet and original certificate (or a Provisional Certificate) from a recognized institution.
• 3. Sports Coaching Qualification: Mark sheet and original certificate (or Provisional Certificate) for a Diploma in Sports Coaching, Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Coaching (PGDSC), or an equivalent qualification.
• 4. Sports Participation Certificates: * Proof of participation at least twice in Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, recognized National Championships, All India Inter-University competitions, recognized Junior Championships, or National Youth Championships.
• OR proof of participation at least three times in Inter-Services competitions, All India Police Games, or Inter-Railway Championships.
• 5. Reservation Categories: Caste Certificate, Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) Certificate, or EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Certificate, as applicable.
• 6. Residence: Permanent Residence / Domicile Certificate.
• 7. Freedom Fighter Quota: Certificate for the grandson/granddaughter of a Freedom Fighter from Bihar State (if applicable).
• 8. Disability: Disability Certificate (if applicable).

Important Instructions for Submission

• Mandatory Upload: Information regarding all the above certificates/mark sheets must be entered, and the documents must be uploaded in the designated columns of the online application.
• Consequence of Failure: The Commission reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any applicant who fails to upload the required documents.
• Consistency: Only those documents mentioned by the candidate in their original online application will be considered valid.
• Detail Entry: Candidates must enter the Certificate Number and Date of Issue for all documents in the prescribed columns during the application.
